Spotted the day after Thanksgiving on the back of a nice large RV, this license plate probably needs no explanation. After all, if you’re cruising in an RV in Iowa in November, you’re probably in no hurry to reach your destination — thus you have No Estimated Time Of Arrival.

Spotted on the license plate of a late model Nissan Altima:
“TU WXYZ”
I scratched my head at first. “To WXYZ.” Then I realized the “V” is missing.
Does it mean “Missing V”? Does it mean “absent V”? How about “No V”?
Any way you say it, I don’t get it. Help me out.
